CALL FOR ENTRY:
Artists wishing to enter The Fall Show may
apply online. Best of Show prize is $1,000 with approximately $4,000 to
be awarded overall. Artwork accepted includes traditional painting and
drawing media, sculpture, assemblage, glass, and ceramics. Photography
and digital media (NO AI) are included. Entry deadline is July 22nd,
2024. See the online call for entry for additional media and more
information including entry fee. The Shanley House Gallery is housed in a
historic 1886 limestone building just off the courthouse square.
Granbury was recently given the designation of “the official Celebration
Capital of Texas” when Governor Greg Abbott signed a joint House/Senate
resolution during the 88th Texas Legislature. Granbury is also one of a
handful of cities with a Cultural Arts District designation from the
Texas Commission on the Arts. Prospectus and all entry information can
