ABOUT THE ARTIST
Robert Milo Jones biography in his own words:
I have been painting since I was 9 years old. I have always loved scenery and the outdoors. The credit for my gift goes to God who formed me and gifted me. I love watching the creation that he has formed and placed me in. I paint what I see looking for that perfect moment in time to capture what I see. I have been painting for over 50 years. I live in East Texas and was originally know as the Pine Tree Artist.

In the early 1970’s my family was on vacation in Canada. There in Canada I met William Harisch who was painting by the road side in the Canadian Rocky’s. My dad invited him to Texas and was surprised when he came. From him I learned how to use the pallet knife to paint.

I thank God everyday for the way he made me and the creativity he has blessed me with. I also praise him for his gift of salvation and his leading me to receive it. I also am a Pastor now for 40 plus years. I will continue to give him all the glory for what he has done for me. Blessings!
