Must be an LGAA Member in good standing to enter this show.
Note: This
show is for all members. It will be judged for awards but is not a
juried show. Artwork will be accepted from all members. One entry per
person please.

RULES:
• Only LGAA members are allowed entries.
• Membership dues must be paid and currentfor2025.
• Participants may pay dues at time of entry.
• Show is only Juried for prizes, not for entry.
• Two-and three-dimensional art is eligible, All mediums acceptable.
• Outside MAXIMUM width 40” length 48”INCLUDING the frame.
• Works must be original and completed within the last 3 years. No workshop or class work.
• Art may not have been exhibited in any previous LGAA show.
• No nudes.
• Show committee has the authority to decline/disqualify any work deemed unacceptable.
• All work must remain in the gallery for the duration of the show.
• All artwork MUST be ready to hang/display with wire hangers. (No saw-tooth hangers.)
• 3-D work should not exceed 60 pounds and artists bring appropriate display stand if needed.
• Unframed gallery-wrap canvases must be at least 1 ½ deep, edges painted, no exposed staples.
• All artwork must be for sale. Please state valid price reflecting current market value for your work.
• For any artwork sold, LGAA shall be entitled to retain 25% of the selling price as commission.
All reasonable care of artwork will be given. LGAA will not be responsible for loss or damage to any work while in its custody. Submission of entries to this exhibition constitutes agreement on the part of the entrant to all conditions set forth in this prospectus.

SHOW JUDGE JIM HASTINGS
Jim Hastings has a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute and a MA in art education from the University of North Texas. Jim has taught art for the last 25 years including the Dallas Independent School District, Dallas Museum of Art, and the Trammell Crow Collection. He currently teaches in his studio in Dallas, the Ranch House Art Studio.
